How to place an order?

You can contact us directly at our warehouse to generate an order for collection, or you can place your order yourself for delivery via courier or local collection on our website. If you can't find what you're looking for call us on 01775 714394 or click the "Chat with us" button to discuss your requirements.

When to order my event flowers?

You should order your flowers to arrive with you 2-3 days before your event to allow for development and conditioning. If you are ordering lilies and carnations these may need a longer time for development. Due to Dutch auction dates you won't always be able to place an order in advance, for more details contact us directly.

Can I order flowers to collect from your warehouse?

Yes we welcome you to visit our facility to collect your flowers and floral sundries, our staff will be on hand to assist with any further enquiries you may have.

Once I have completed my order, can I add additional items?

Yes you may still add items after you have placed your order but you will need to notify one of our team members to do so.

How do I find out the cost of my order?

If you are looking for an estimated order total for an upcoming event, contact us with your requirements. Once we have discussed your order in more depth with you, we will provide an estimated order total.

Can I order other flowers and varieties even if they are not on the webshop?

Yes there are hundreds of varieties of flowers and foliage available to order throughout the year including locally grown flowers, can't see what you are looking for ? Contact us directly for more information.

Why do the flower prices keep changing?

Our fresh flowers are all ordered straight from the Dutch flower auction. The price of flowers change on a daily basis depending on seasonality and special events and holidays throughout the year.
